When I was asked to write a speech this term I couldn’t think of what to write I was trying so hard to think of what to write for the rest of the day. So when I got home I immediately hopped on the computer to find a good topic while trying be annoying my sister at the same time.
There was nothing good at all, only ones like: why are the Harry Potter books so popular? Well that’s obvious! Because J. K Rowling is such a good writer, has got good imagination and not to mention they’re really good! And why do we have to tidy our rooms? Well our parents want us to so we can play in there and keep it tidy! But that didn’t really interest me either.
There were some other ones that were okay so I asked my sister what I should do and she told me ‘I don’t know what do you want to do?’ I didn’t know what I wanted to do, so I thought ‘ why don’t I write a speech on.... writing a SPEECH!?
I was strangely proud of myself! I didn’t know how to write it but then a whole lot of ideas came to my head and I quickly wrote them done incase I forgot them.
Once I had wrote all my ideas down I had writers block so I couldn’t think of what to do then. (Just like I couldn’t think of what topic to do my topic on) I kept bugging my parents on what to do next they just told I don’t know! So that wasn’t much help! –was it! So then I carried on trying to think of something else to write.
But now I’m here presenting it to you all and that probably all that matters now!
